Target has a new collection partnering with Liberty of London. I don't know about all of you, but I am obsessed with Target and all of their design partnerships. Every season is fresh and totally different from the last while retaining the same low prices. I love, love, love mixing and matching-particularly in the summer time. Liberty of London is known for their fun and flirty prints.
